Based on these results, we aim to recommend an optimal movement plan, which will ultimately lead to extending the duration of a high-quality life.

How Does It Work in Elonga?

As you probably already know, our sensor measures Heart Rate Variability (HRV). The measurement takes about 3 minutes and is performed only once each morning.

We then process the results using spectral analysis and our long-developed algorithms, which generate a detailed overview of both your current and long-term autonomic nervous system (ANS) state. The ANS is often referred to as the control system of the body.

How Can I Use This Data?

Changes in values serve as great indicators and feedback on your lifestyle. Of course, many factors influence your results, such as sleep, diet, smoking, alcohol, and more. However, the most crucial factor is movement, which is why we focus on creating an optimal movement plan tailored to your condition and goals.

Two key values in the app will guide your progress, and they also govern how the body's control system functions:

Regeneration: The body's rest, recovery, and healing processes.

Stress: The body's reaction to “fight or flight” situations.

To simplify things, we introduce a single combined value that represents these two aspects as one number—Readiness. But more on that in the next article.
